These Terms govern your use of Menu.ceo's AI-powered menu generation service for restaurants.

1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Menu.ceo regarding your access to and use of our AI-powered menu generation service ("Service").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service Includes
Menu.ceo helps restaurants publish digital menus. Features may include:
- AI-assisted parsing of uploaded menu images
- Automated menu structure and page generation
- Hosted menu pages while your subscription is active
- Short domain menu links (for example, mn.ink/your-restaurant)
We may improve, update, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Fees, Taxes, and Payment
The Service is billed monthly at $5 and includes AI-powered menu generation, hosting, and SSL coverage while your subscription is active.
The Service is intended for customers in the United States. Listed prices do not include applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise. Final charges are shown before checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment is also subject to Stripe's terms and policies.
4. Your Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree that you will:
- Provide accurate and current restaurant information
- Upload only content you own or are authorized to use
- Review generated content and correct inaccuracies
- Keep published menu details up to date
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Publish unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Interfere with platform security, stability, or performance
We may remove content or suspend access if these Terms are violated.
6. Content Rights and Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of the content you submit, including menus, images, and business details. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transform that content only as needed to provide the Service.
Menu.ceo and its underlying software, workflows, templates, branding, and technology remain our property or the property of our licensors.
You may use the generated menu pages for your restaurant's normal business operations during your hosting term.
7. Hosting Term and Renewal
Hosting is provided while your subscription is active.
If you cancel your plan, your hosted menu pages will remain online for 90 days after the cancellation date and may be taken offline after that period.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party providers (for example, payment processing, infrastructure, analytics, or domain tools).
We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
9. Service Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
AI-generated outputs can contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and approving your published menu content.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Menu.ceo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if your content creates legal or security risk, or if required by law.
You may request that your service be terminated at any time by contacting us.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute related to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
